Credit Card & Incidentals Policy
All guests must have a valid credit card on file. This card may be charged for incidentals, including but not limited to, damage to the room or its contents, and extra cleaning fees in the event of smoking or the presence of pets in the room. A minimum charge of $250 per incident will apply.
We strive to have one of the most flexible cancellation policies of any inns in our category.
7-Day Cancellation Policy
November 1st – May 31st, Off-season reservations require a 7-day cancellation notice unless otherwise noted in your confirmation letter (for example pre-paid non-refundable rates) or your booking includes an arrival, departure, or stay date falling on a federal holiday in which case the standard 14-day cancellation policy will apply.

June 1st -October 31st, In Season reservations require a 14-day cancellation notice, unless otherwise noted in your confirmation letter, as well as any bookings with arrival, departure, or stay dates falling on federal holiday
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation leaves little chance of filling the reserved space. For this reason, Chambery Inn maintains strict adherence to these cancellation policies. We do sympathize; however, we must maintain our business policy due to limited season and high accommodation demands.

- Located on the first floor and includes wide doorways and hallways to accommodate a wheelchair.
- The room features a large private bath with roll under sink and a standard tub/shower combo. Grab bars and rails are located in the tub, toilet and sink areas and an optional shower chair is available.
- Chambery Inn is built into a hillside and offers wheelchair first floor access on 2 levels.
- Rooms at the Chambery Inn are much larger than standard hotel or Inn rooms and as such dining is delivered to the room.
- Spa services are enjoyed in the spacious guest rooms with tables and equipment brought into the guest room.
- If you require specific items please inform us prior to your stay, and we will be happy to work with you to assure a pleasant and comfortable stay.
ADA Compliant Features
- We ensure that individuals with disabilities can make reservations during the same hours and in the same manner as individuals without disabilities.
- We have identified and described the features in our bed and breakfast and guest rooms in detail to allow individuals with disabilities to determine whether our Inn meets their needs.
- We ensure that accessible guest rooms are held for use by individuals with disabilities until all other guest rooms of that type have been rented.
- We guarantee that the specific rooms, once reserved, are held for the reserving customer. We make reasonable efforts with third-party reservation systems to make all rooms available through at least some of these services and they must provide these third-party services with information concerning the features of the hotel and rooms.
- Guests with legitimate service animals as defined in the ADA will be provided access to all areas of the inn afforded to those without service animals.
